Charles House will not accommodate any guests under the age of 16. When booking for 3 rooms or more, a deposit of 10% will be taken on booking. Please note that the digital pin to access the mian building and your booked Guest Room is sent 48 hours before check-in. The guest house is unattended, but the owner is only a short distance away if required. Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs can be accessed once the pre arrival form has been completed, along with lots of other useful information.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Superior Double or Twin Room. This room is on the first floor at the rear of the building. Can beup as a large king-size double bed or as 2 twin beds (request when booking). Large Double Room. On the first floor, this room has a 5-foot king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower facilities.
