· Children under 12 can dine in the Conservatory only after 7pm

· The hotel closes on the 1st January & re-opens after the first week of February

· The hotel will be closed from the 3rd March – 12th March inclusive

· Over the Christmas period, a minimum 2-night stay is required. No arrival or departure on Christmas Day. Rooms for this period to be booked directly with the hotel.

· Please note that in 2025, the Restaurant will remain CLOSED on Mondays and Tuesday throughout the year. However, on Monday evenings from April - October inclusive, we will offer a light supper menu from 6-7pm. This will be very casual, and will not be served in the restaurant, but guests can either sit in the lounge area or in the Conservatory. We will NOT be offering the full restaurant menu on Monday nights in July & September as we have for the past couple of years.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Standard Double Room. Rooms are 9 square metres. The rooms are on the top floor of the building, with 2 sets of stairs to go up These rooms are not recommended for those with mobility problems. These rooms do not have a view, and are the smallest rooms in the hotel. ;
