This lovely Tudor styled Guest House offering accommodation only is situated on Skegness’s north shore, just a two minute walk from the beach. It features a brightly furnished, fire-lit lounge and light, cosy rooms.

All of the rooms at The Sunningdale feature a TV and private bathroom facilities, with toiletries. Guests can make use of teacoffee-making facilities while some rooms also include lovely four-poster beds.

Skegness’s centre, with its range of shops, amusements, and nightlife, is a 10-minute walk away.

Limited free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. When our parking spaces are not available there is plenty of unrestricted parking available on the adjacent streets. Car park spaces cannot be reserved.

The hotel day starts from hour 13:00 and ends at 10:00.

Check-in is strictly from 13:00 until 20:00. Late check-in after 20:00 is not possible.

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is Non Refundable. The remaining balance will be charged to the card provided on the day on arrival.

The management reserve the right to refuse entry to any personpersons considered of detriment to other hotel guests or to the hotel premises.

Please note that this property does not acceptmale female groups of 3 or more persons unless approved.

The accommodation should not be occupied by more persons than stated on the booking confirmation.

The management will not be held responsible for valuables left on the premises. Car parking is at owners risk.

The use of travel cots for babies in any room is not accepted.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Small Double Room. This smaller double room includes teacoffee making facilities, hairdryer, TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Towels are also provided. ;
Deluxe Double Room. This deluxe double room includes a king-size bed, teacoffee making facilities, hairdryer, TV with DVD player and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Towels are also provided. ;
