The Old Manor House Hotel - Keynsham

Dating back to 1609, this charming manor is believed to be the oldest dwelling house in Keynsham Village. It retains period features like oak beams, and offers free Wi-Fi and free parking on site.

Rooms at The Old Manor House Hotel are quaint and traditional in style, and some even feature an original old safe (although these don’t work). Other benefits include a TV and tea and coffee making facilities.

Guests can relax in the bar, with its roaring log fires and exposed brick walls. An à la carte menu is served in the restaurant, and each morning a full English breakfast is provided.

The Old Manor House is situated between Bath and Bristol, a 15-minute drive from both cities. Glastonbury, famous for its music festival, is 30 miles away, and Weston-super-Mare is 25 miles from the building.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:30.

If you check-out before the booked check-out date, the hotel will charge the remaining nights.

Please note that whilst a member of staff is on site 247 in case of emergencies, the hotel reception closes at 23:00 Monday - Saturday and 16:00 on Sundays. If you anticipate that you will arrive after reception is closed, please let inform the hotel as soon as possible so that arrangements can be made.

Continental breakfast only will be served on 24 to 31 December, and the restaurant and bar will be closed during this period.

From Monday-Friday, a continental breakfast including tea, coffee, fruit juices, cereal, fresh fruit salad and toast is available from 07:00. A cooked breakfast is available from 07:30. On Saturday and Sunday, the continental breakfast is available from 08:00 and cooked breakfast is available from 08:30.

Please note that onsite parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

The restaurant is open for lunch from 12:00 - 14:00 and for dinner from 18:30 - 21:00. The bar is openday and last orders for drinks are called at 22:50. The bar and restaurant are closed on Sunday evenings.

National Bank Holidays: The Old Manor House will only be open on a Bed and Breakfast Basis. No bar or restaurant services will be available.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Standard Double Room with Bath. The baths do not have overhead showers. Partly overlooking the rear courtyard. Please be advised the bath does not have either an overhead shower or shower attachment due to the style of taps. ;
Standard Twin Room with Shower. Overlooking the front of the hotel, this room features: 2 single beds with Tempur mattresses; an en suite bathroom; and a 20-inch LCD TV with Freeview. Please note: because the Old Manor House is a Grade II listed building, no drainage can be shown on the front of the hotel so these rooms are installed with electric toilets for your convenience. ;
Eave Suite. A spacious suitein amongst the original eaves, this room overlooks the front of the hotel. It has a large wet room with a drench shower and a separate sitting area. Please note: because the Old Manor House is a Grade II listed building, no drainage can be shown on the front of the hotel, so these rooms are installed with electric toilets for your convenience. An additional bed for children can be accommodated in this room. ;
Tower Suite. Set in amongst the eaves, the Tower Suite has a private lounge, private en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath, and a separate study area. It overlooks both front and back gardens. Please note that the freestanding bath in this room does not have a shower attachment. There is a narrow spiral staircase leading up to this room. ;
Standard Double Room with Shower. This room overlooks the front of the hotel. Please note: because the Old Manor House is a Grade II listed building, no drainage can be shown on the front of the hotel so these rooms are installed with electric toilets for your convenience. ;
Superior King Room. Providing free toiletries, this double room includes a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The double room provides a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, a carpeted floor, heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The unit offers 1 bed.
