With a peaceful position overlooking the River Garry, this friendly 4-star country inn is an ideal base from which to explore the Scottish Highlands.

Between Fort William and the Nevis Range, Inverness, the west coast and Skye, the Invergarry Hotel is based at the historic home of the Ancient Clan Macdonnell.

Built in 1885, the hotel was originally an old stagecoach inn. It has since been used as a sporting and shooting lodge before being transformeda hotel, complete with residents’ lounge and private gardens.

Steeped in history and character, the hotel provides traditional Highland hospitality, welcoming log fires, fresh local food, real ales from the Isle of Skye and a large range of wines and Highland whiskies.

Dinner is served at the Invergarry Hotel and guests can choose from an extensive menu.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 10:30.

Please note, as this is a period property, there is no lift in the building. This may not be suitable for guests with mobility restrictions.

Late arrival needs to be pre-arranged. If not, and check-in is not made before 21:00, your room will be charged and sold.

The hotel does not accept group bookings of 3 or more rooms.

Please note Infants and children are only permitted in the family room.

Please note that the number of guests in any room cannot exceed the advertised maximum occupancy. Guests who arrive with extra children or persons that are in addition to the number of beds provided will be refused access and no refund will be given.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Single Room. Please note that these rooms are small in size and more suitable for a one night stay or persons travelling on a budget. One single bed. ;
Small Double Room. Our Small Double Rooms are on the second floor accessed via stairs. The hotel has no lift. These rooms feature sloping ceilings and may not be suitable for taller people. These rooms are small but cosy, some with original fireplace features and charm. These rooms are perfect for a one or two night stay and for guests travelling on a budget. For our guests that are staying longer or travelling with quite a bit of luggage we would recommend the King or Super King rooms for extra size and comfort. ;
King Room. These larger rooms are situated on the first floor andoverlook the Garry River or the hotel grounds. The private bathrooms have a shower. ;
Super King Double Room. Spacious room with super king bed and walk-in shower. Featuring double-aspect windows overlooking the River Garry. ;
King Twin Room. Larger rooms on the first floor, these roomsoverlook the River Garry or the hotel gardens. The en suite bathrooms have a shower. Please use the Suggestions box when booking to state whether a double or twin is needed. If no preference is specified, twin beds will be put up. ;
Standard Twin Room. Offering free toiletries, this twin room includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. This twin room has a wardrobe, flat-screen TV, mountain views, as well as winechampagne for guests. The unit has 2 beds. ;
Family Room. Featuring free toiletries, this family room includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. This family room has a wardrobe, an electric kettle, flat-screen TV, as well as winechampagne for guests.
