Sea View Double Twin En-suite. These rooms feature a king-size bed, sea views and a modern en suite shower room.have seating areas by the windows. Some have bay windows and an extra single bed. These large and light rooms have sweeping views over the Atlantic Ocean and Summerleaze Beach and cliffs. There is a fridge with fresh milk for your Tea and coffee. These rooms also have the added luxury of a Nespresso coffee pod machine. ;
Sea View Twin Room En-suite. A spacious room on the 2nd floor with 2 single beds and a modern en-suite shower room, with luxury organic toiletries and large bath sheets. There is a seating area with scenic views over the canal, downs and beach. A flat-screen digital TV with Freeview channels is also provided. ;
Standard Twin Room En-suite. A first-floor large standard twin room with a double bed and a single bed and a Smart TV. The en-suite shower room has Cornish toiletries. Large bath sheets, hand towels and a hairdryer are also included. ;
Standard Single Room En-suite. These second-floor rooms are furnished to a high standard with modern en suite shower rooms, Smart TV, and hospitality trays. ;
