Directly opposite Brighton’s New i360 Tower, the 28 Regency Square - Regency Hotel is a city centre hotel in Brighton. Dating back to 1807, this townhouse is just 1 mile from Brighton‎ Railway Station and the Brighton Palace Pier.

Check in starts at 14:00. Upon prior arrangement with the property, guests can leave their luggage at the hotel starting with 09:00.

Superior Double Room with Balcony and Seaview. This 1st floor room has a balcony and a canopied four poster bed. The balcony overlooks the famous Regency Square and Gardens. It has direct sea views and boasts a fantastic view of the Brighton i360. The room was originally Lady Jane Dowager Duchess of Marlboroughs sitting room and still retains much of the original plaster coving. ;
Double Room with Four Poster Bed and SeaView. Located on 2nd or 3rd floor, room features a four poster bed. Its window looks directly over Regency Square gardens and the sea. ;
Deluxe Double Room with Half Tester Bed. This 1st floor double room has a half tester bed from 1840s, fitted with a modern mattress. The room was originally Lady Jane Dowager Duchess of Marlboroughs bedroom and still retains the original plaster coving and ceiling rose. The room is located to the rear of the building. ;
Family Room. Situated on the 4th floor, this suite comprises of a double en suite room, with an adjoining twin room. Both rooms feature a flat-screen TV. This room is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and under. Please note there is no lift in this building. ;
Double Room with Sea View. This 4th floor double room has a stunning view over the sea. Its a bright room with colourful wallpaper. Please note there is no lift in this building. ;
Compact Double Room with Seaview. Rooms are located on the 2nd to the 4th floor and feature views of the sea and pier ;
King Size Double Room. This 3rd floor double room has a king size bed. It is located at the rear of the building and overlooks the city streets. It can accommodate an extra fold down bed. Please note there is no lift in this building. ;
Economy Double Room. Room is located on the 2nd floor, at the rear of the building.
