Tastefully decorated with neutral colours, spotlighting and solid oak furniture. It has a small en-suite shower room with a built-in baggage storage cupboard. This room has a private outdoor courtyard with access (via our kitchen) to the decking area. A small area to sit outside. ;
Deluxe King Room. Bedroom 2 - A large spacious room, situated on the first floor to the front of the property overlooking the main street of Bondgate Without. It has a good size en-suite shower room and a built-in baggage storage cupboard. Potential for noise. ;
Deluxe Double Room with Balcony. Bedroom 3 - A large, spacious room situated on the 2nd floor to the front of the property overlooking the main street of Bondgate Without. Sleep in a king-size bed. Includes a private Snug Room with a South facing sun balcony. A very well proportioned bedroom is tastefully decorated with neutral colors, spotlighting and quality furniture. You are on a private floor with no other guest bedrooms. External washroom facilities are just outside the bedroom door, with a huge 1200 x 900 shower enclosure. Potential for noise.
